It’s been a labor of love to make this music and release it out into the world. Clueless is a song that’s been sitting in my back pocket since 2019. I wrote it as a young 22 year old just trying to figure out the dating scene and I can honestly say at 26 years old I’m still just as clueless.
Everything about this tune is dreamy and hopeful. I wanted the music video to reflect that dreamy romanticism. What’s a better location for romance than the beach?! We filmed the music video for Clueless at one of my favorite places on this earth, Oak Island, NC. I’ve been going there since I was a baby. When I asked my mom to help me film a video for this song on our family vacation this summer she was game to brave the elements once again. (Every video we’ve done has either been battling wind, bugs, heat, or dirt and dust.) I owe so much to her for helping me with my vision for this video.
